Draft a reply to this email. Order: 1. **First list what they actually asked or requested.** *Missing one produces another email.* 2. Split that list into what I can answer from the information I gave you, and what I cannot. 3. Draft the reply using only what I can answer. **Leave the rest marked `[to confirm]` in the draft.** 4. ***Do not invent an answer.*** This is the most important rule here — a confident wrong answer in a reply is harder to walk back than a delay. 5.
