Reorganize my skills section.

Steps:
1. Group skills into categories that make sense for the target role, not generic ones.
2. For each skill, find where in my resume body it is actually demonstrated. Cite the entry.
3. *Mark skills with no supporting evidence as "unsupported".* These are what an interviewer will probe and I will fumble.
4. Recommend cuts. A shorter list with evidence beats a long one without.
5. Flag skills the posting wants that I have evidence for but did not list.

Rules:
- Do not assign proficiency levels I did not state. "Advanced" from you is a claim I have to defend.
- Do not add skills because they usually go with the ones I listed.
- Keep the final list under 15 items unless the role is explicitly a breadth role.
