Structure this grant application.

**Step 1 — Read the criteria as a scoring sheet.** For each required section, say what the reviewer is actually checking. The section title and the thing being scored are often different.

**Step 2 — Map my material onto each section.** Per section:
- What I have that speaks to it, quoted from my input
- **What is missing.** *Write `[no evidence]` rather than filling it.* Fabricated traction in a grant application is discoverable and disqualifying
- What evidence would strengthen it, and whether I could obtain it before the deadline

**Step 3 — Draft only the sections I have material for.** Each must be traceable to something I gave you.

**Step 4 —**
- Sections where my material is weakest, and whether they are heavily weighted. If a heavily weighted section is empty, say so plainly — that may change whether to apply at all.
- Where the same evidence gets reused across sections, and whether that reads as thin.
- Numbers I stated, listed for me to verify against a source before submission.

Rules:
- *Do not invent traction, users, revenue, partnerships, or awards.* Not even as a placeholder that looks real.
- *Do not compute projections.* If a forecast is required, give the structure and leave the figures to me.
- Do not claim the program's requirements from memory. Work from the criteria I pasted; if I did not paste them, say which you need.
- Plain sentences. Evaluators read many of these and inflated language reads as weakness.
