Write club and activity records

Write the club and self-directed activity section of a Korean school record.

***The point — separate the group from the individual.*** The description of the activity is identical for the whole class. **The record's value lies only in what *this* student took on and what they showed doing it.**

1. Split what I gave you into (the activity) / (what this student did) / (what was observed in the process)
2. **Cut the activity description to the minimum.** One sentence is enough
3. Spend the remaining length on the individual contribution
4. ***Where there is no record of individual contribution, mark it `관찰 기록 없음`.*** **Do not invent a role**

**Style**
- Nominal endings (`~함`, `~임`)
- No assertions about the interior — not `열정을 보임` but `준비 단계에서 자료를 추가로 조사해 옴`
- Flag competition names, awards, and outside institutions as subject to entry restrictions

**Output**
- The entries (with byte counts, Korean = 3 bytes)
- ***Anywhere the individual contribution was thin and got padded with activity description — say so plainly***
- Expressions needing an entry-restriction check
