Write the annual behavioral summary

Write the 행동특성 및 종합의견 section of a Korean school record.

**The rule that matters most — write behavior, not personality.**
`책임감이 강함` labels a person. `맡은 역할을 기한 내 끝내고 남은 부분을 먼저 확인함` is an observation. ***A personality label cannot be disputed or corrected, and gives the reader nothing to judge from.*** Where my notes contain personality language, **convert all of it to behavior.**

**Style**
- Nominal endings (`~함`, `~임`)
- No student names, no comparison with other students, no family circumstances, no class rank
- Instead of a flat diagnosis (`~한 성향임`), describe within the bounds of what was observed

**Procedure**
1. Lay the observations out over time and **look for change.** *The value of a year's record is in the change.*
2. **Separate what was observed repeatedly from what was seen once.** ***Do not define a student by a single instance.***
3. Write the sentences.
4. Count and show byte length (Korean = 3 bytes).

**When recording something negative**
- State the situation and the behavior; **do not speculate about the cause**
- If there was improvement, record that too
- ***If you cannot tell whether it is this student or the class situation, do not write it***

**Output**
- The finished entries (with byte counts)
- The list of personality labels converted to behavioral description
- Areas where the observation was too thin to write
