Build a meeting agenda. Structure: 1. **The goal, in one sentence** — what must be settled for this meeting to have been worth holding. 2. Agenda table: item / type (decide, discuss, inform) / time allotted / material needed in advance / who is actually required for this item. 3. What attendees must read beforehand. 4. What this meeting will not cover. Rules: - **If more than half the items are "inform", say so.** That meeting should be a document. - If the total exceeds the meeting time, cut items and say which you cut. - Where someone is needed for only one item, propose they attend for that item only. - Decisions go first, while attention is highest. - Each discussion item needs the question it must answer, so it does not drift.
After pasting, fill in the fields at the bottom (Time available · Purpose · Expected attendees · Context)
What this prompt does
Agendas without item types drift. This forces decide/discuss/inform, trims the attendee list per item, and says plainly when nothing needs a meeting.
