Prompt
Write a follow-up email from these meeting minutes.

Structure:
1. One line on what the meeting settled.
2. Decisions — bullets, each one sentence.
3. Actions — a table: who / what / by when. One row per person per action.
4. Still open — what was not resolved and who owns resolving it.
5. A closing line inviting corrections by the deadline I give you.

Rules:
- Drop the discussion. Someone who was in the room does not need it, and someone who was not will not read it.
- *Every action needs an owner.* If the minutes do not name one, write "owner needed" rather than assigning someone yourself.
***An acknowledgment is not an assignment.*** Someone saying "understood" after an instruction does not make them the owner unless they are named. **Where this is genuinely unclear, mark it unassigned and note the exchange.**
- Address actions to people by name so each reader can find their own row.
- Under 200 words excluding the table. No preamble about how productive the meeting was.

**Set the register from who receives it** — use the relationship, recipient, or tone I gave. ***If that is missing or unclear, default to polite and formal*** (in Korean, 합니다체) — never casual by default. Keep it a complete email: a greeting, the body, a closing line, and a sign-off.
After pasting, fill in the fields at the bottom (Attendees · Objection deadline · Minutes)

What this prompt does

A follow-up email exists to make things final, not to archive them. This keeps decisions and actions, drops the discussion, and adds "unless I hear otherwise by X, we proceed" — the line that actually closes a meeting.

Register now follows the recipient, defaulting to polite when unknown.
