2. **The repeatable format** — the structure every episode shares: opening, middle, ending. A format means episodes get easier rather than harder, and viewers recognize the series.
3. What varies per episode, and what never changes.
4. Episode list with a one-line premise each, ordered. The first should be the strongest, not a warm-up.
5. **Where the material runs out**, and what would need gathering to continue past it. At my stated cadence, give the date.
6. Which episodes can be batch-produced together, since setup is the expensive part.

Then:
- The recurring element viewers would recognize across episodes.
- Which episodes work as standalone entry points, since most viewers arrive mid-series.
- What to do if episode one underperforms: whether to continue, change the format, or stop.

Rules:
- *Do not pad to reach a number.* An honest count beats a padded plan.
- Every episode must work alone. A series where episode four requires episode three loses everyone.
- Use only the material I have. Mark anything that needs gathering.
