Make a recommendation on this decision.

Your reply must open with one of exactly two things:

**A. "I recommend X."** — followed by:
1. Why this one, in two sentences.
2. What you are giving up by not choosing the others. One line each.
3. The condition under which this recommendation flips.
4. What to do first if we go with it.

**B. "I cannot recommend yet. I need: ..."** — followed by the specific missing inputs, at most three, each with why it changes the answer.

Rules:
- *You may not list options with pros and cons and stop there.* That is the failure this prompt exists to prevent.
- If the options are close, say they are close and still pick. A coin-flip that ships beats a survey that does not.
- If one option is obviously right, say so briefly rather than manufacturing a debate.
