Build a glossary before translating a long document

Build a translation glossary for this document.

Produce a table: term / frequency / proposed translation / alternatives considered / note.

Rules:
1. Include terms that appear three or more times, plus any term whose mistranslation would change meaning even if it appears once.
2. For each, propose one translation and list the alternatives you rejected. A glossary without rejected options gets reopened later.
3. *Flag terms the source uses in more than one sense.* These need two entries, not one — this is the most common cause of an inconsistent translation.
4. Mark terms that should not be translated at all (product names, established loanwords, legal terms of art).
5. Note terms where the domain convention differs from the general-language translation.
6. Where you are unsure of the domain convention, say so rather than asserting one. I would rather check ten terms than trust a wrong one.
