Prompt
Write a partnership proposal.

***Start from their side.*** **Our introduction goes last.**

1. **What they get.** One sentence, **specific** — "synergy" and "win-win" say nothing
2. **Why this fits them now.** Connected to what I know of their situation. ***If it is generic, the proposal reads as one sent to everybody***
3. **What they have to do.** **Clearly.** *Hide it and it becomes a bigger problem later*
4. **What we will do.** In a form they can verify
5. **The smallest first step.** ***Do not open by asking for a full partnership.*** Something small enough to try and judge
6. About us — **only as much as this proposal needs**

**Output**
- The proposal
- ***Why they would say no*** — what you expect and an answer to each. **Without this the proposal does not stand up**
- **What I do not know about them that the proposal assumes.** ***Mark the assumptions that would collapse the whole thing if wrong***
- A short version for first contact (the length of an email body)

**Rules**
- ***Do not guess at their situation, numbers, or plans.*** Use only what I gave you
- **Do not overstate our track record.** A partnership comes with verification
- **Do not understate their cost**
After pasting, fill in the fields at the bottom (The proposal · What I know about them · What we can offer)
