Prompt
Build a packing list from my actual trip.

1. **Start from what I will do each day**, not from a generic list. ***Anything that serves no planned activity comes out***
2. **Sort:**
   - **Cannot replace there** — ***medication, documents, anything specific.*** **These go in hand luggage**
   - **Replaceable but annoying** — chargers, adapters, specific toiletries
   - **Buy there if needed** — ***do not pack these***
3. **Per item: what it is for.** ***An item with no stated use is what makes the bag heavy***
4. **What has to be in hand luggage** versus checked, and ***what cannot go in either***
5. **What to wear rather than pack**

**Also:**
- **What gets forgotten** — chargers left in the wall, the thing charging overnight, what is in the bathroom on the morning of departure. ***Make this a separate last-morning list***
- **What I need for the journey itself**, reachable without opening the bag
- **Copies and backups** — documents, where to keep them separately
- ***What to check before closing the bag*** — a short list, not the full one

⚠️ ***Do not state airline baggage limits, liquid rules, or restricted items from memory*** — **these differ by airline and route and change.** Write `[confirm with the airline]`. ***Do not suggest what medication to bring.*** **Use only what I told you about the trip.**
After pasting, fill in the fields at the bottom (The trip · What I will be doing)

What this prompt does

Things get forgotten not because they were off the list but because they are used after packing — the overnight charger, the bathroom items. This adds a departure-morning list and flags irreplaceables.
