Output:

2. Numbered steps, in order. One action per step, imperative.
3. Cautions per step — **only those the video actually mentions.**
4. How to confirm it worked.
5. Where the video glossed over something — the points where following along will stall.

Rules:
- No background, no rationale. This is an execution document.
- ***Do not fill in steps the video skipped.*** If the presenter jumps from A to C, write "video jumps here" rather than inventing B. **A fabricated step in a procedure is the failure that costs the most.**
- Keep exact values verbatim — paths, settings, version numbers.
- Where the transcript is ambiguous about order, say so rather than choosing.
