Then, only what disadvantages me:
1. **Obligations that are one-sided** — something I must do with no matching duty on the other side.
2. **Termination** — who can end it, with what notice, and what I lose.
3. **Liability** — caps, exclusions, indemnities. Who bears what when something goes wrong.
4. **Automatic** — renewal, escalation, expansion of scope without a new agreement.
5. **Payment** — timing, conditions, what can delay or reduce it, penalties.
6. **Rights** — ownership of what I produce, what I can reuse, exclusivity.
7. **Vague terms** — "reasonable", "as necessary", "at its discretion". *Ambiguity favors whoever drafted it, and it is not me.*

For each: quote the clause, one line on the effect on me, and how commonly it appears.

Then:
- The three to raise before signing.
- **What is absent** that I would normally want — often more significant than what is present.
- Terms I gave you no context to judge. Say so rather than guessing.
