Prompt
Produce non-overlapping short-form variants from this material.

For each variant:
- The angle, in one line
- The hook
- What is different about the payoff
- Which part of my material it uses

Angles must genuinely differ. Use distinct types: a mistake, a comparison, a before-and-after, a step people skip, a common belief contradicted, a question answered, a result shown first.

Then, the part that matters most:
1. **Overlap check.** For every pair, say whether a viewer who saw one would feel they had already seen the other. *Two variants with different hooks and the same payoff are one video posted twice*, and that is what kills a series.
2. Cut the duplicates and say how many real variants remain. If it is fewer than I asked for, say so rather than padding.
3. Publishing order — which one first, and why.
4. What material I would need to support the variants you had to drop.

Rules:
- *Do not produce the number I asked for if the material does not support it.* Report the honest count.
- Each variant stands alone. None may depend on having seen another.
- Do not invent facts to create an angle.
After pasting, fill in the fields at the bottom (Material · How many · Platform)

What this prompt does

Short-form needs volume and you cannot find new material every time. This extracts variants whose angles do not overlap and flags the ones that are the same video twice.
