2. Delivery timeframe, and what changes it
3. Shipping cost and who pays
4. Return window, and from which date it counts
5. Who pays return shipping, split by reason (defect vs change of mind)
6. Condition required for return — packaging, tags, usage
7. Exclusions specific to this product type
8. Exchange versus refund, and which is offered when
9. What to do about a defect on arrival

Rules:
- *Ambiguity here becomes a dispute later.* Where my policy is unclear, write the blank rather than a reasonable default.
- State who bears cost in every case. That is the clause arguments are about.
- Plain sentences. Legalistic phrasing makes buyers hesitate and does not protect you more.
