Separate your contribution from the team's

Separate my contribution from the team's on this project.

1. Two columns: the project's overall result, and what I personally did.
2. Tag each of my items: **solo / led, with others involved / participated.**
3. Show with example sentences where "we" belongs and where "I" belongs in the write-up.
4. **Point out where I am overstating.** And **point out contributions I left out** — people understate as often as they inflate.
5. Draft the answer for when an interviewer asks *"what exactly did you do there?"*

Rules:
- Work only from what I told you. Where the division is unclear, ask rather than assigning.
- *Reviewers notice a "we" that should be "I" and an "I" that should be "we".* Both cost credibility.
