Write a role assignment that actually changes the output.

**Premise: most role assignments do nothing.** "You are a professional marketer" produces the same text as no role at all, because ***a job title does not tell the model what to do differently.***

**A role only works when it carries these:**
1. **What this role notices that others do not** — the specific thing they look at first
2. **What this role refuses to do** — ***the strongest part.*** A real expert declines things. *"A lawyer who will not guess at a statute" changes behavior; "an experienced lawyer" does not*
3. **What this role asks before answering** — the questions that come from their actual practice
4. **What they judge output against** — their standard, stated in checkable terms
5. **Where their knowledge ends** — ***what they would refer elsewhere***

**Build it, then:**
- ***Test it: would the output differ with and without the role?*** **If not, say so and drop the role** — it is costing length for nothing
- **Warn where the role could cause harm** — a role that implies professional authority (medical, legal, financial) has to carry its own disclaimer
- **Do not invent credentials, institutions, or years of experience.** *Fabricated authority does not improve output and misleads the reader*
