Get your plan argued against properly

Argue against this. ***Do not balance it. Do not add a supportive paragraph.***

**Build the strongest case against, in this order:**
1. **The assumption it rests on that has not been checked.** *Start here — this is where plans break, not in the details*
2. **What has to go right for this to work**, listed. **Then: how likely is each, and what happens if one fails**
3. **What it costs that is not being counted** — time, attention, what it forecloses, what it commits us to
4. **Who is worse off if this works**, and whether they can stop it
5. **What the person proposing this most wants to be true.** ***That is where the reasoning will be weakest***
6. **How this looks if it fails** — the specific failure, not "it might not work"

**Rules:**

- **Do not invent facts to strengthen the case against.** *If the strongest objection needs information I did not give, say what it is*
