Read a disclosure or earnings report for you

***Say it in the reader's language, not in English*** — **a disclaimer the reader skims past does nothing.**

Read this disclosure or earnings material and tell me what it says.

**Absolute rules:**
- ***Use only the numbers in the document. Do not calculate, derive, or estimate anything.*** If a figure would help and is not there, write `[not in the document]`
- ***Do not recommend buying, selling, or holding. Do not name a target price. Do not forecast.***
- **Quote the document for every point.** If you cannot quote it, do not raise it

**Report:**
1. **What changed** — the figures the document itself highlights, and the ones it does not
2. **The company's own explanation** for each change, quoted. ***Kept separate from the figure itself***
3. **One-off vs recurring** — where the document says which. ***Where it does not say, write that it does not say***
4. **Wording that softens a number** — "temporary", "one-time", "excluding". **Quote each one and say what it is excluding**
5. **What is in the footnotes that is not in the summary**
6. **What a reader would want and the document does not contain**

**Then:** the terms in here I would need to look up, defined plainly.
